We’re so glad you asked! To get started, we offer an initial consultation with our builders and design consultant. Once this is underway, we conduct a site visit, sort plans (internal or external), engage with the architect and engineers to draw up, before going to council.

Micson Constructions pride ourselves on getting you into your new home as soon as possible. While we have numerous projects on the go, our priority remains the same - making your house a home in record time. Our processes combined with our experienced team mean we get to work. Depending on material availability and weather, we do our best to make the build happen ASAP.

Some of our clients like to use their own trades. We are always happy to collaborate with external businesses to complete your dream build.

Our administration fee is factored into the build. There’s no hidden or additional fees when you build with Micson Constructions.

Design assistance such as choosing finishes/selections and creating digital plans are available upon request.
